We can also provide written reports on any problems we have come across during the Service or Repair so that you can make a decision on any necessary further work that needs to be carried out. In many cases pre-emptive work - or Preventative Maintainence - is much cheaper than repair work in the event of complete component failure. For example, it is much cheaper to replace a broken seal immediately rather than leave it and allow water to get in and corrode the internal mechanisms. Please check your Vehicle Service Schedule to make sure that you are not overdue - whether on time or mileage. Remember that a Full Service History is important for the best resale value of your vehicle. We recommend that you regularly check lubricant levels, water & fluid levels, and tyre pressures between services. Don't forget to ask us about timing belt replacement intervals to avoid potential expensive engine repair bills. |
